• Preparation Time: 20 minutes

• Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes

• Serving: 5-6 people

• Ingredients:

• K&N’s Fajita Topping as required

• Eggs (beaten) 2

• Bread crumb 2 cups

• Samosa patti 1 pack

• Mozzarella shredded as required

• White sauce as required

• Chili sauce 1 tbsp

• Mustard paste 1 tsp

• Spring onion 1 cup

• White Sauce Recipe:

• K&N’s Stok cube 1

• Butter 1 tbsp

• Onion (chopped) 1/2 tbsp

• Flour 2 tbsp

• Milk 1 & 1/2 cup

• Salt to taste

• White Pepper 1/2 tsp

• Mixed Herbs 1 tsp

• Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp

• Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

• Yellow Bell Pepper 1/4 cup

• Green Bell Pepper 1/4 cup

• All-purpose flour (mixed in water) 1 tbsp

• White Sauce Preparation:

• Melt spread in a container, include onion, and sauté it for 2 minutes.
• Add flour and blend it well. Progressively include milk (whisk persistently) and make a thick paste.
• Then include K&N's Stok 3D shape and cook until thicken for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-low fire.
• Add salt, white pepper, blend herbs, garlic powder, dark pepper, and blend well.
• Lastly include yellow chime pepper, green capsicum, and blend it well, and put in a safe spot.
• Box Patties Filling Preparation:
• Prepare K&N's Fajita besting according to the guidance on the pack. Put in a safe spot.
• In a bowl include spring onion, soy sauce, red bean stew powder, mustard glue, white sauce mixture, and mix everything well.
• Then take 2 Samosa Patti and spot it across.
• Add K&N's Fajita beating, arranged filling, mozzarella cheddar at that point arranged filling again in focus.
