In this video you will simply find one game from series of games that are about to be shared with you under the title "Games For English Class" in future. The name of the game is Ludo and we'll see how this old Indian board game can help our young learners practice speaking in our classrooms in a fun and meaningful (for the age) context while encouraging teamwork and peer-correction without having to ask for these big words!


And yes, it is all possible if you plan it well. I have also included a part of the online version of the game which I have designed myself to make you familiar with all the rules you have to come up with before starting the game and how it could affect your classroom management if you don't! I have used "Jamboard" in designing the board of the game which is an extension of google and you can gain access to it easily if you have a google account. It is an online whiteboard that can make any dream of an online teacher come true!
