Prophet Sulaiman (AS), son of Prophet Dawood (AS), was a mighty king and a blessed prophet of Allah. The Quran describes him as a ruler with wisdom, knowledge, and unmatched power. Allah granted him the ability to understand animal languages, control the jinn, and command the wind.

One of the most famous stories of Prophet Sulaiman (AS) in the Quran is about the Queen of Sheba (Bilqis). He sent her a letter inviting her to Islam. She tested his wisdom, but with Allah’s help, he impressed her by bringing her throne to his palace within seconds. Witnessing his miracles, she accepted Islam.

Another powerful event was when Prophet Sulaiman (AS) listened to an ant’s conversation, showing his deep humility and gratitude to Allah. He also built Masjid Al-Aqsa and maintained justice in his kingdom.

His death was also miraculous. He passed away while leaning on his staff, and jinns kept working, thinking he was alive, until termites ate the staff, revealing his passing.
