8 small rice paper wrappers
2 pieces of dried gim
8 lettuce leaves
½ cucumber
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
½ carrot
8 large shrimp

Dipping sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice or 1T vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Ingredients:
Rice paper (about 10 large pieces)

For the Sauce
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Ingredients:
3–4 large rice paper sheets (cut into thin strips)
8 Frozen peeled shrimp

Dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or substitute with lemon juice)
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
A pinch of black pepper

Vegetables & Fruits
½ cucumber
Some red onion
Some bell pepper
3 lettuce leaves
Some apple
1 tomato
A bit of orange (optional)

Ingredients:
For the vegetables:
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced (optional – adds color and crunch)
For the bulgogi filling:
9 oz (250g) ground beef
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
A little bit of grated ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon mirim (Korean cooking wine) or regular cooking wine
1 tablespoon starch (cornstarch or potato starch)

Other ingredients:
Rice paper sheets ( 4 medium size)
Cooking oil (about 1 tablespoon)
Shredded cheese (optional)
