I get asked all the time what "can" I or "can't" I do in the hospital? Or I hear that laboring/birthing people weren't "allowed" to do something in labor... I'm here today to remind or tell you for the first time that you matter, you have rights as a patient, and help you navigate this in the hospital with your care team!
