It seems like a long time ago now but this was just last week! The boys ripping it up live in NYC at the Grammercy Theater. The sound was not great but they were (I did love being in front of Ty's rig and hearing him crunch note by note). For these clips I did not touch the audio (I will have to for the full songs). I know I got some sweet close ups of Ty playing for you Ty freaks (hello, count me as one). Ty made a few mistakes here and there but the cool thing was he clearly wanted to "make up" for them at times doing some little extra things here and there. The crowd was great and much more packed than Jersey the night before. Got to see lots of old time friends as usual. I missed sound check due to traffic but got to have lunch (early supper) at an excellent french place (with my awesome friend Patty) just off gramercy park if you know NYC, then went for cheap drinks at Taqueiria on second with some great fans I have known for a few years now (Mike and his awesome kid Zach), then on to a 'secret' rooftop bar with amazing views and $11 canned standard beers oy... but that was great as well to hang with Tim from ‪@Tech21nyc‬ (huge huge huge King's X fan and also in the amazing rush cover band ‪@YYNOT‬ and his better half, and susan from out on the island...) it was a fun night.. and the show was great... good to meet up with an old friend from FL (Ant, shout out) and Jason E... who's kid is 30 now.... damn... but thanks to all the fans I meet and see and hang out with.. some of you know me for decades, some for 10 minutes... it is a family, really it is...
