How to Measure Bolt Pattern for Custom Axles

Описание к видео How to Measure Bolt Pattern for Custom Axles

Buying new wheels? Wider, taller, smaller, deeper, skinnier? Whatever wheels you got, nearly in every case we can make a custom set of shafts to fit those wheels. BUT there are a few things to keep in mind when doing a wheel swap.

Number one is how to measure your bolt pattern! We have found that even some wheel manufacturers aren't properly measuring the BOLT CIRCLE of a wheel pattern. This is mainly because 5 lug patterns can be tricky to measure. You can't measure the diameter like you can on a 4 lug or 6 lug and 8 lug. EVEN bolt patterns are easy to measure, you simply measure straight across and center to center. Easy. BUT odd lug patterns don't have studs sitting straight across, so you have to hack it. In this video we explain how you can do that with most wheel studs.
