Chocolate fudge brownies || brownie icecream cake

Chocolate fudge brownies ..
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/3 cup coco powder
Half cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
Half cup cooking chocolate
1 pinch salt

Recipe

Take a bowl add maeda and coco powder and pich of salt (chaan Len) and set aside
Take another bowl add 1 cup sugar (pisi hui) and 2 egg mix well with help of fork or beater then add oil mix well add vanilla essence and cooking chocolate mix well ( just mix not over beat) now add dry ingredients and fold with help of spatula transfer it in to baking tin put it in pre heated oven at (pre heat at 180°c for 10 minutes ) bake at 150°c for 30 minutes .
Then enjoy

Brownie icecream cake .
Remove butter paper of brownies after cool down completely then cover down surface with cling wrape transfer it into baking dish spread vanilla ice cream evenly and drizzle some chocolate . Now plate out and it is ready to serve
