Conquering Box Hill Hike Solo: How Hard Was It?

I opted for the 8 mile Box Hill Route, which was challenging in parts. I have only been on a few real hikes and do a lot of walking, so you would need to have moderate fitness levels I would say. I actually did this hike on a 15 hour fast, it ended up being a 20.5 hour fast by the end of it.
