The first animated story in our Waves of Wellbeing series introduces you to the Hermit Crab, to help children understand about changes, how they can make us feel and how to cope with change.

Hermit crabs can teach us a lot about how to cope with changes in our lives.
Change can be scary but also exciting.
It is important that we learn how we can cope with those changes just as the hermit crab does when he changes from one shell to another.

Our animated story is brand new to our wellbeing series and combines a narrated, nature documentary-style story with our engaging animations. Our resident narrator, Niall Jones, is also back to help bring the story to life!
Follow Ruby the diver as she explores the ocean floor, to help explore each week's theme.

Let our array of under the sea creatures teach the children about their amazing attributes that link to lots of different wellbeing themes, from coping with changes to understanding grief, to help improve wellbeing and give the children new skills.
