The Calm Volcano is a 6-minute anger meditation for kids aged 8–11. In this guided mindfulness activity, students imagine anger as a volcano — fiery, powerful, and strong. Through slow, cooling breaths, they learn how to release tension, calm down safely, and turn anger into steady strength.

This mindfulness meditation for children teaches practical anger management skills that can be used in the classroom or at home. It supports emotional regulation, focus, and wellbeing, helping students handle frustration, outbursts, or big feelings with calm and confidence.
