As honored Clan for 2024, Clan MacLeod welcomed John MacLeod, 18th Chief of Raasay, who flew in all the way from Tasmania, Australia. We had a jam packed 4 days of activities, setting up both tent areas, MacLeod reception on Thursday evening was well attended & Calling of the Clans following. Friday’s opening ceremony & I co-hosted Coinneach MacLeod, The Hebridean Baker’s 5:30pm event! (So fun!!) Saturday’s games were amazing! MacLeod competitor, Champion Adrienne Wilson, was amazing! The MacLeod dinner was attended by 100+ and we were honored to have Colin Grant Adams, Coinneach MacLeod, Hebridean Baker & The Brothers MacLeod! Sunday was closing ceremonies & the Parade of Tartans. Poor Chief John has got to be so tired, he was in high demand all weekend & undoubtedly the most photographed person in North Carolina.
