Discover Silver Springs: More Magic per Dollar than Disney!

Silver Springs State Park is about 9 miles off Interstate 75 near Ocala/Gainesville. It was Florida's original tourist attraction and is surprisingly a good alternative to Disney World. If you're anywhere in this area about 90 minutes north of Orlando, you owe it to yourself to see this natural wonder. Stay to the end of the video to see the famous Glass Bottom Boat ride as well. It's $2 per person to enter the park - that's right, $2. $15 more for the boat ride. Kayak and canoe rentals are also available.
