As its name indicates, “Qesas” tells the stories, trials and tribulations faced by Soulja over a musical tapestry woven by music producer Hussam using the melodic synth rhythms of Sudanese “Zanig”; a genre born as a natural progression of non-mainstream music in Sudan. “Qesas” sends a message of hope, that despite the ups and downs of life, there are still things to work towards and be hopeful about.

زي ما الإسم بيشير، تراك قصص بيحكي التجارب والحكايات اللي بيمر بيها سولجا والشباب السوداني على أنغام من توزيع المنتج حسام مستوحاة من موسيقى "الزنق" السودانية، واللي هي بدورها تعتبر التطور الطبيعي لموسيقى الشارع والشباب السوداني. "قصص" جواها رسالة أمل، بتقول لينا مع إن الدنيا يوم فوق ويوم تحت، فيها برضو البيخلينا نجتهد ونطمح وننتج.
