St Cuthbert’s Way - Day 2 - Jedburgh to Kirk Yetholm

The second day is approximately 15 (ish) miles from Jedburgh to Kirk Yetholm taking in the Cessford Castle, Morebattle and Wideopen Hill which is both half way and the highest point of the trail at 368m.

I was also in for a massive and fantastic surprise this day.

To have a meal at the Border Hotel I was advised, even though I managed to get a meal there, that you should book your table well in advance due to staff shortages.
