Tributes are pouring in from all over the world for Pope Francis, who has died aged 88.

As political and religious leaders pay their respects, the Vatican will already be planning for what happens next.

It has now been confirmed that the funeral will be taking place on Saturday 26th April at 10:00am local time.

The pope will be taken to St Peter's Basilica on Wednesday morning at 09:00 local time and will remain there until the beh-rial allowing the general public to pay their respects.
