What I remember about this item: I literally don't remember a time when this object wasn't around.

Why this is here:
Given my age, family history, lack of relatives, and financial circumstances, it seems likely that I will eventually (hopefully a long from now) end up either in a care facility, with minimal possessions, and/or having lost the memories associated with my favorite things. I hope that by uploading these videos to a platform that will be around far longer than I will, to make this channel a resource for myself, to serve as a substitute for the items and associated memories, that I can access as long as I have a device capable of accessing the internet, whatever form technology takes going into the future. It may also serve as something to share with friends who are interested in particular things, or remember more than I do, and in time (again, hopefully not too soon), perhaps a way to find homes for these objects with people who will treasure or enjoy them as much as I do when/if I must give them up. There won't be anything particularly rare or valuable, just the things I've collected over the years or inherited from my parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents, that I value for sentimental reasons, or that I simply find interesting.
