This is just to clear up naming - three point overhand (OH) sneak vs two point OH sneak.

We count the number of beats in a pattern, or how many times the rope hits the floor. This concept extends to other patterns as well. E.g. Matador is a two-point (or two beat) version of Figure 8/Race and Chase.
