You will know Daisy from playing Rey in three blockbuster Star Wars movies, 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens', 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' and 'Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker' and now she’s back on our screens in the new Disney Movie, ‘Young Woman and The Sea’ playing Gertrude Ederle, the first woman to swim the english channel who not only had to deal with life threatening situations, she had to face a host of 1920s misogyny too. It is already one of my favourite movies ever and you will love it too!

Today Daisy joins us after a night out OUT to talk about the incredible physical and mental challenges the film presented her - including learning to properly swim in her 30s and filming for days in the freezing open water - and she reflects on the sexism she has faced on sets and how hard it can be to use your voice.

Plus Daisy talks about creating her next movie 'Magpie' with her husband Tom Bateman was a huge moment of overcoming self doubt, and teases her
return to 'Star Wars.'
