"Ever think why is Mortal Kombat Trilogy such a bad port? They could have made this better, well Meduza Team did just that with the quality hack, putting this game back at the level of quality it should be. This hack brings some serious quality fixes to the original, making it the best Sega Saturn version available! So let see what’s been improved.
Increase the screen resolution (352x240).
Removed horizontal black bars to the bottom of some arenas.
Tiles maps have been improved.
Changed controls by default ("B" - block, "Y" - run).
Unlocked menu as question mark ("?").
Changed the distance of life bars from the edges of the screen (+8 pixels).
Corrected the coordinates of the inscription "Random select" for the 2nd player.
Corrected Y coordinates of the characters sprites in some arenas.
Corrected X coordinates of the background in the arena "The Portal"."
