Pinto Beans:
Soak 4 cups dry pinto beans in water overnight or for 24 hrs. Rinse thoroughly and add to a crockpot or instant pot. cover with water and add 2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder and cook. Instant pot cook for 30-35 minutes on bean setting. in crockpot cook on high for 8-10 hrs...We like ours really soft. Then salt to taste
