Good offensive systems utilize plays that build off each other. In this video, called dives ensure the fullback gets touches while presenting the defense with an option look. The dive is followed up with a twirl or counter motion 2-man version of veer allowing the offense to leave the defensive end to be read. Finally, to counter trey takes advantage of over pursuit by the defense and ensure that the slotback gets touches behind a powerful gap scheme!
