S1 – Ep 372 – Pietermaritzburg – The Town Hall has a Breathtaking Design!

Our trip to Pietermaritzburg was an astonishing experience. We had heard about the city's stunning historic buildings, but witnessing them in person was truly unbelievable. The Town Hall left us in awe with its breathtaking design, and the old station, which we initially thought had succumbed to destruction, surprised us by standing immaculately-preserved. Walking along its platform was a delightful experience. Spotting the sign for Scottsville Racecourse excited us, prompting a visit to witness the immense stretch the horses cover during races, a truly mind-boggling sight.
