Watch me poke myself in the eyeball with an eyeliner. Hah!

I like to tight line because my eyelid doesn't show much when my eyes are open. If I line above my lashes it makes it so even less shows. So I do this to give me the look of a darker lash line/more dense lashes without taking away lid space.
