They say Trini Christmas is the best. Mom needs fig leaves to make Trini pastelles. This off-grid adventure takes us all the way to Manacal Valley, Caura where Mr Bat is constructing something with simple tools and corrugated sheets. During the morning, Mr Sammy, a neighbour visits and we head over to Farmer Harry's house to hit him a parang. #InsideCaura
