Episode Two sees Matt hitting the road as he departs Adelaide and heads north to continue his epic journey through the heart of Australia. First stop: the picturesque Clare Valley, where he visits the renowned Pikes Beer Co to sample their signature brews. He spends the night at the charming Watervale Hotel, soaking in local hospitality and cuisine. Along the way, Matt takes a detour to marvel at the vibrant Pink Lake, a natural wonder that has to be seen to be believed. The episode wraps up as Matt continues his trek towards Port Augusta, setting the stage for the next leg of his adventure into the Australian outback.

This season Matt's taking on the 4000km trip up Central Australia, retracing the footsteps of one of Australia's most successful recorded explorers. From the plains of the south, to the red centre and the tropical top end....he'll see it all!
