Super soft, easy and delicious!INGREDIENTS
Cake:
200g (1 cup) sugar
200g (1 cup) light brown sugar
215g (1 cup) canola oil
4 eggs
280g (2 1/4 cups) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking soda
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
4g (1 tsp) salt
8g (1 tbsp) cinnamon
425g (1.85 cup) pumpkin puree
5g (1 tsp) ginger
5g (1 tsp) nutmeg
 
Filling:
225g (0.9 cup) cream cheese
65g (1/3 cup) sugar
5g (1 tsp) maple flavoring
1 Egg
 
Decoration:
Chopped walnuts
 
METHOD

For the cake: In a bowl add sugar, brown sugar, canola oil, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin puree and spices. Mix it all well. 
For filling: In a bowl add cream cheese, sugar, maple flavoring and egg. Mix it well. 
In an oiled round, pan pours the half of the cake mixture, add filling and then the other half of the cake mixture. Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts. Bake at 180C for 50 minutes. Serve.
