How to make Dirty Rice like a pro! I Minced meat rice | Simple and Delicious

This meal is called Dirty rice because it turns a "dirty" brown color while cooking with the diced meats and spices.

Ingredients
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsps
Onions - 1 small bulb
Minced meat - 500g
Fish seasoning - 1 tsp
Sazon - 1tsp
Seasoning cube - 2 cubes
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Rice - 4 cups
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Curry masala - 1tsp
Scotch bonnet (ata rodo) - 2 small
Water - 4 cups
Salt to taste
Red bell pepper - 1 small
Green bell pepper - 1 small
