36 years of dirt work: I hired a PROFESSIONAL to fix my yard

Today I hired a professional dirt work guy to regrade my yard! In less than a full day's work, he used his 36-year-old Ford 3910 tractor with a box blade, and a John Deere skid steer to accomplish what I have been trying to do for years! My yard has been a mess for a long time now after I tore it up to keep water from running into my living room. After a lot of hours of trying to fix it with my small Terramite backhoe and my dad's Kubota BX2360, I finally decided to hire a professional to do it for me! With tools he's been using for nearly 40 years, he masterfully established a sweeping slope that will keep the water going where it should! Along the way, I got to know him a little bit and hear the story of some of his equipment that he's been using for half a lifetime!
