3 techniques are used in this film: fading, blending and stencilling.
Products used:
* fluro fades: Fluro Green, Fluro Pink, Fluro Yellow
* blending: Fluro Yellow Clear
* stencilling: Blackfriars (also for the fork)

Add the solid fluros to the frame in sections, joining the colours together. Overlap the colours if required so as not to show under the surface.
Where the colours met, we added Fluro Yellow Clear. The Clear colours are perfect for blending as they change colour according to the background (example: Fluro Yellow Cear on top of pink = orange), producing multi-tones across colour joints.
Lace fabric in thin strips was wrapped semi-tight around the tubing with string to hold it in place. The overlapping of the fabric adds interest to the final stencil.
Spray the top coat covering the lace entirely. When using a fabric or absorbent stencil, leave in place for an hour before removal, as drying time will be extended because the stencil has to dry too.
After the stencil is removed, as there’s a variable thickness of paint, it’s best to give it several hours to completely harden. The final thing to note is that we smoothed out the surface by rubbing the frame all over with a soft cloth (the stencilling had left some small raised edges).

For best results, always follow the advice and guidance on spray.bike
