Nirupa joined Brigade Group in 2009 and has over 16 years of experience in the real estate sector. She currently oversees the company’s office, retail, and hospitality portfolios, and is responsible for driving innovation, human resources, and public relations within the organisation. In October 2022, she was elevated to the role of Joint Managing Director as part of Brigade’s succession plan. Brigade Group is one of India’s leading real estate developers, headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Established in 1986 by M.R. Jaishankar. Brigade Group operates in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and education sectors, with a portfolio spanning over 250 projects
