Julie heads of to Uncle D's house to learn how he cooks his world famous Rosemary Mac N' Cheese... a real comfort food and crowd-pleaser at every party. The rosemary is harvested by Julie and Daddy from a bush in the driveway. The other ingredients are Macaroni pasta, various cheeses, milk, some half-and-half, butter, ghee (or clarified butter) and salt.
