PANCIT CANTON | SAVORY AND DELICIOUS | FOODNATICS

PANCIT CANTON is a Filipino noodle dish that made out of pancit canton noodles with sautéed garlic and onion, simmered in savory sauce of pork broth with snow peas, carrots, oyster sauce, with fried shrimps and pork belly as a toppings. A little cornstarch is added to thicken up the sauce. And a squeeze of calamansi to add some citrus flavor.

Filipinos usually serve it during birthday party or any special occasion as a sign of long life.
