This video will show you how to use a butane kitchen torch. It's also called a gas blowtorch, flame thrower or culinary torch. Most torches are very small and will delicately brown that tiny sugar crystal topping on that delectable creme brulee. This is not really for that. Let's just say, this thing will char meats much more effectively.
Spoiler alert: Meats are absolutely DELICIOUS torched.
The power adjustment knob is a joke. It's either ON (Arr! CHAR MEAT!) or close to off but still overpowering (BURN CHEESE!). Here we talk about using this tool in the beginner' Korean cook's kitchen. It chars and smokes meat for that ultimate BUL-MAT (Flavour of Fire🔥).
