The shows main character was officer Sony Crockett who was played by Don Johnson, who had a significant effect on that times culture. The most notable impact the show had was the fashion trend. The show brought a fashion trend which people still follow to this day. Although detective Sony Crockett was the main character he had his side kick Ricardo Tubbs. These two guys revolutionized 80’s fashion.

Pastel Colors
If you watch the show, one of the fashion statements was the colors used in the stars wardrobe. This was a huge fashion trend in the 80’s and is still being followed today.

No Socks Trend
Sony Crockett the character around which the show revolved was never seen wearing socks in any scene, even when wearing blazers or formal shoes.

V-neck T-shirts
