As far as I can tell, nothing else like this exists on the internet. When I decided to go after every shiny gold medal in the game, I searched for a guide that had the minimum time requirements but came up empty handed. So, I decided to make that guide myself and here it is! I had to work out a consistent strategy for each level, then finish 1 second slower each time until I found the cutoff point for shiny. The bosses were really annoying to time because of their attack cycles. I had to find ways to waste just a little bit of time here and there. Frederick's battle might actually allow an extra second or two as I had a real hard time getting the exact times I wanted to check. What really matters though is that you don't miss any penguin throws and hit all 3 attacks each cycle; you do that, and I guarantee your time will be under 2:50.
