Huge Black Clouds Above Iraq's Erbil After Massive Oil Refinery Fire

A huge fire has struck an oil refinery in Erbil in Iraq’s Kurdistan region.
 
Huge clouds of black smoke billowed into the sky.
 
Storage tanks holding crude oil and liquid asphalt caught fire.
 
The facility was evacuated immediately after the blaze began.
 
The blaze continued to rage over twelve hours after it broke out. 
 
No casualties have been recorded, but at least 10 firefighters were injured tacking the blaze. 
 
At least 40 firefighting teams attended to the incident. 
 
An anonymous Kurdistan Regional Government official said that the fire took place due to an electrical fault, and was not deliberate.
