How to Print a Pinback Button Design

When you print a pinback button design, you want to have more than one printed on a page. This allows you to save time for other projects.

I'm going to show you how to tile a design so it can get printed on paper. Then, we're going to print it.

Before you print the design, you want to make sure it has a cut line so you know where to line up the cutter. You also want to make sure the design has enough bleed so the content fits only in the flat portion of the button when you make it.

I use Irfanview to make a tiled design of my button design.

Go to Image, Create Tiled Image.

I know that I can fit 20 1.25in buttons on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. So, I want to have 4 designs across and 5 down to print portrait.

Now that the tiled image is created, let's print it!
