FAST & FESTIVE HOME BREW FOR CHRISTMAS! | THE MALT MILLER HOME BREWING CHANNEL

It’s only a few weeks until Christmas, and here at The Malt Miller, we’ve not been very well organised (again!). Once more, we find ourselves wanting something special to drink over the holiday season but in a pinch to get a beer turned around in time!

In this video, we’ve brewed three different recipes that hit the mark for us, with a little help from some super-speedy WHC yeast strains—perfect for a brewer in a hurry.

Rakey is brewing up one of the many recipes from CAMRA’s The Modern Home Brewer, and it’s from one of his favourite breweries: Russian River’s Blind Pig!
Stiffo is trying his hand at a big ol’ Porter, flavoured with rum and vanilla for a truly warming experience.
Rob, surprisingly, is brewing a US Stout—and shockingly, he isn’t using any smoked malt this time!
