Ingredients:
👇
Boneless chicken – 2 kg (Each piece 15-20gms)
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 small bunch
Mint leaves – 1 cup (Only leaves)
Groundnut oil – 800ml
Small piece of Tamarind
Ginger – 100gms
Garlic pods – 100gms
Garlic pods 30-40
Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp
Black mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 7
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Cloves – 8
Stone flower – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 200ml

Method:

Chicken marination:
👇
Boneless chicken – 2kg
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
(Marinate for 1 hour)

Chicken boiling part:
👇
Marinated chicken
(Take aside in a bowl after boiling)

Chicken Fry part:
👇
Groundnut oil – 800ml
Boiled chicken
Tamarind (To reduce bubbles)
(Take aside in a bowl after Well fried)

Grinded Garam Masala:
👇
Cardamom – 7
Cloves – 8
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Black mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Stone flower – 2 tsbp
Fry on low flame for 10 mins and grind into fine powder

After chicken fry part(In Remaining oil):

Ginger Garlic paste (Fresh grinded)
Curry leaves
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Salt – 100gms
Red chilli powder – 150gms
Grinded Garam Masala
Fried chicken pieces
Garlic pods - 40
(Leave for sometime to cool)
Lemon juice – 200ml
