Mashi is commonly cuisine in Egypt,Syria and other Middle Eastern countries, this rice will be filled in cousa/zucchini, grape leaves, eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes, onions etc, depends on what vegetables you want.



In this video, I shared one way of cooking the fillings, i cooked the ingredients seasoned with tomato paste salt and pepper only... There are some ways to do it, but, in my video, i chose this simple way.
