Choose this option for seller, buyer, and refinance loan packages for real estate closings. When you book, tell us what type of closing package you need to complete with us online. Confirm with your attorney, title company, or lender that an online notarization is acceptable to them. Online notarization is legal, but not all lenders and title companies accept online notarizations. It is your responsibility to confirm with your closing team before booking your online session. You will receive a link to verify your identification and prepare for your signing session on the day of your appointment. Watch your e-mail closely. Check your junk/spam/promotions email folders. All signers must have identification. U.S. state ID or a Passport is required. When you photograph your identification, lay it on a flat, dark surface in great lighting.
