OWL Power Rankings for Stage 1 Week 2

OK Week 1 is in the books in the Overwatch league for 2019 and it’s time for our first Power rankings after OWL matches! In this episode we hit teams 11-20 in our OWL week 2 power rankings and there are some big movers up and down so far, some impressive performances by a couple of lower ranked teams and some surprisingly bad performances from better teams, and well Florida and Washington.
