Archi Khamar, a student from York University, shares her transformative internship experience at the Wellness Space. She reflects on how her experience at the Wellness Space equipped her with valuable theoretical insights and hands-on skills, fostering her overall professional development. She talks about how she gained research experience which involved learning to conduct research, building a rapport with the participants, conducting personal interviews and so on. She mainly conducted research on well-being, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), International Trauma Questionnaire, Insomnia, Depression and so on. She went on to express her gratitude towards the warm and collaborative work environment at the Wellness Space and acknowledged how working with the team, especially Dr. Gunjan Y Trivedi and Psychologist Neha Pandya, fostered her academic and professional growth.
