Integrating Email within JenesisNow

JenesisNow- Email Integration

On the left-hand vertical toolbar, go to the Users icon and click All Users. Click the user profile for whom you want to set up email integration, which will bring up a new window. In this window, locate the Email Integration tab on the main screen, and click it. You’ll be presented with a new screen where you can key in the email. follow the on-screen directions to verify the email.

Once the email has been verified by JenesisNow, you will be able to go to the left-hand vertical toolbar, navigate to the email icon, and click on inbox. You’ll be taken to the email inbox where you can complete the setup, and it is very similar to any other email system.

Now, you can send emails and texts from the client and policy view screens. In the client screen, if you scroll down to the email card, you can see emails received and hover over them to view a preview of the email or click on it to see the entire message. This can also be done with sent messages.

Important note: You will only see messages sent/received through the JenesisNow system.
