Original DJI Goggles (White and Black) - My Battery Replacement Gone Wrong Might Benefit You!

There aren't many videos out there on how to change the batteries on the original DJI Goggles "The White Ones" and for the Racing Edition RE "The Black Ones".. so I thought I would give it a crack. What I discovered is that there are a number of tamper proof devices used to help to ensure you will damage your goggles permanently while attempting the repair. I still think that it is possible to achieve, but there is one section in particular where you will need to be extra careful to ensure the ribbon attachment doesn't break.

The dimensions of the individual cells, each with the unusual voltage of 3.8v, by my measurements are 30 x 64 x 4mm, not including the metallic protruding tails (just the cell dimensions).

I hope there are some useful tips in here and hopefully you will be able to avoid the major pitfall that I encountered and get to replace the batteries successfully.
