The poem "Will" by Ella Wheeler Wilcox is a testament to the power of determination and will. Ella Wheeler Wilcox asserts that fate, chance, and destiny are powerless against the strength of a determined soul.

The poem "A Builder's Lesson" by John Boyle O'Reilly is about breaking a habit that has become deeply ingrained in one's life.

The poem "The Inevitable," by Sarah Knowles Bolton, is about admiring and valuing the qualities of a person who faces life with courage, optimism, and faith. Sarah Knowles Bolton praises the person who confronts the challenges of life without fear and continues to fight daily battles with trust in God.

The poems in this video are narrated by Dave Luukkonen (an award winning voice actor). We took care to edit the audio as perfectly as we can. It took us months of learning before we were able to edit the voice like this.

We believe that there is wisdom in these historic texts. We are very hesitant in creating video's with different moving backgrounds, because we believe it might contradict the wisdom that is displayed in the text. We hope you appreciate the effort!
