Sandakphu Trek Day 3, Dhotrey Tonglu Tumling, Amazing Experience, YHAI

Finally !!! The day has arrived, totally worth the wait. 3rd day today and we start the amazing trek. but first thing first we get a send off YHAI style :-)
Then we are transferred to Dhotre a colorful tiny village via jeep, from there we meet our guides Pasang and Rajesh and start the trek.
Though we make several stoppages for taking pictures and most importantly to catch our breath, the major stop will be at Tonglu for lunch, again one of the recommended view points for The Sleeping Budhha. Once we all have lunch we march through the grasslands and the exquisite valley for Tumling where we end our journey for the day.
One of the inexplicable feeling of this journey is that we cross borders ever so often, we have our lunch in Tonglu which is in India and have dinner and stay at tea houses in Tumling which is in Nepal.
The friendliness and the warm welcome that we receive at each place is heart touching. The beautiful brotherhood feeling of the neighboring country keeps us warm in the cold winter nights.
