2020 Nissan Altima vs. 2020 Subaru Legacy | Car Comparison

The Subaru Legacy is freshly redesigned for 2020, complete with new powertrains and now underpinned by Subaru's modular Global Platform. It's an impressive sedan — the interior is much improved, the ride is incredibly comfortable, and Subaru's all-wheel-drive system is one of the best in the business.

But the Legacy certainly has its work cut out for it. Not only does it have to weather the storm that is unprecedented demand for SUVs and crossovers, its competitors are wising up to this whole AWD-in-midsize-sedans thing. Case in point, the 2020 Nissan Altima — new last year, the only way you can spec it (in Canada) is with AWD.
