Plot Summary:

Jaggi is a ruffian. He is a street smart comes to the aid of all needy especially when a woman is in dire streets. His popularity is very high in the colony. Politician Raja Huli aims to capture his popularity so that he can become an MLA. He gets the support from Health Minister in this direction. On the demand list furnished by Jaggi the election campaign starts. The opponent party rope in a social worker Lalitha Devi. This Lalitha Devi is nothing but the woman who has given birth to Jaggi. Jaggi mistakes this woman in the fake liquor tragedy case where 15 persons die before the elections. Soon he knows the merit of Lalitha Devi and changes his stand. more
